RAM AirTECH LITE Carbon Filters
The RAM AirTECH LITE Filter's durable, high-capacity design ensures long-lasting performance. It is a reliable air filter that doesn't compromise on quality or performance, keeping grow tents and small rooms clean and odour-free with minimal maintenance.
Key features
- Advanced carbon technology: machine-compacted with premium Australian activated carbon for maximum density. This minimises gaps that could let air pass through without being scrubbed, so the filter lasts longer and cleans air effectively at higher airflow rates.
- Durable, reinforced design: top and base made from Zintec, a high-strength coated steel that adds structural strength and durability.
- Optimised airflow: a specially designed vortex cone gives smooth, efficient internal airflow for consistent results in any setup.
- Dust prevention: silicon filter bands block fine dust particles from reaching and damaging the carbon core.
- Washable pre-filter: includes an easy-to-remove, washable pre-filter sleeve for an extra layer of dust protection and simple maintenance.

Choosing the right filter
It is simplest to set up if ducting, fan and filter all have the same nominal diameter. If the diameters differ, use a filter slightly larger than the fan rather than the other way round. As a rule of thumb, choose a filter with a rated flow about 20% higher than the fan's free-flow rate; filters work more effectively, and for longer, when the actual airflow is below the rated airflow.
